A new customer can go from finding a product to completing an order in just 3 simple steps.
Discovery
Customer arrives via search engine, social media, or direct URL. Browses products via categories, search, or flash deals. Views product detail page.
Cart & Shipping + Payment (Single Page)
Adds to cart (slide-out drawer) or clicks "Buy Now". Single checkout page: contact info, address (Google Maps autocomplete), delivery method, payment selection. Pre-checked "Save my details" checkbox.
Order Confirmation
Order placed! Confirmation page with order number, delivery estimate, invoice download, and tracking link. Email + SMS + push notification sent instantly.
⚡ Journey 2: Returning Customer — ONE CLICK
This is the client's #1 priority. Returning customers buy with a single tap.
How One-Click Works
- After first purchase, all customer details are saved (name, address, phone, payment)
- Default address and payment method auto-selected
- "Buy Now" uses saved defaults to place order instantly
- 30-second "Undo" option shown in toast notification
- If no defaults saved, falls back to standard checkout (Step 2)
📦 Journey 3: Bulk Buyer Flow
Browse Bulk Products
Navigate to "Bulk Orders" page. Browse bulk-eligible products or upload a CSV file with item list.
Set Quantities
Select products and quantities. Tiered pricing auto-applied based on volume level.
Checkout or Request Quote
Under 500 units: standard checkout with bulk pricing. Over 500 units: submit RFQ form, team responds within 24 hours with custom quote.
📱 Journey 4: Used Mobile Purchase
Browse Used Devices
Navigate to "Certified Pre-Owned" section. Filter by grade, battery health, price, model.
Inspect Device Details
View detailed product page with condition grade, battery health percentage, and inspection report. Compare price with new equivalent.
Purchase with Confidence
Buy knowing you have 6-month warranty and 14-day no-questions-asked returns. Inspection report PDF attached to order.
